ACCESSING LIVE MEETINGS REMOTELY

For the duration of the Coronavirus Health Emergency, the Municipal Building is closed to the public and most public meetings will be held online with participants at remote locations, connected by conferencing software provided by WEBEX.

TO JOIN A LIVE MEETING:

1. If you are joining from a desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet, you can join the meeting by simply clicking the meeting link on our website that is located in the agenda for the specific meeting. All meeting agendas will be posted on the Township website.

2. If you are joining the meeting from your smartphone or tablet you can also download the Cisco Webex free App and follow prompts for joining a meeting. All meeting information will be provided on the agenda for the specific meeting.

3. If you are joining the meeting by phone, you can dial the phone number that is listed on the agenda and then enter the access code that will also be listed when prompted.

All participants will be asked to keep their microphones muted during the meeting unless speaking. This allows for optimal sound quality during the meeting.

Members of the public that are viewing the meetings live using an electronic device will have the ability to "raise a hand" and contribute with voice and video during the public portions of the meeting. Specific instructions will be reviewed at the beginning of each meeting.

Some public meetings will only be offered through a conference call. The call-in information will be displayed on the agenda posted on the website for the specific meeting if wish to participate.
