Construction Official / Plumbing Sub-Code Official (Full-time) - Readington Township, Hunterdon County
Readington Township, Code Enforcement Department, Class 1 enforcing agency. Requires Plumbing Sub-code Official/Inspector license, additional licenses a plus. Must have managerial experience, be highly motivated, detail oriented, along with excellent written and communication skills. SDL software experience preferred. NJ driver’s license required. Seasonal (Summer) Help – Building and Grounds Laborer
Up to 40 hrs/week, $12-$15/hour, weather permitting for mowing grass, string trimming, maintaining trails with hand tools and machines. General park maintenance including emptying trash and cleaning bathrooms. Must have a clean NJ drivers license. Previous experience with landscape equipment and an ability to tow a trailer is a plus. Must be 17 years or older.

PLUMBING SUBCODE OFFICIAL

The part-time position requires NJDCA Plumbing HHS and Subcode licenses, additional technical licenses preferred. The position is available for up to 25 hours per week. Strong customer service skills and computer experience required. Salary depending on qualifications and experience.
