In light of the COVID-19 threat, Professional Property Appraisers (PPA), the revaluation company hired by the Township, has suspended interior inspections. In order to complete the necessary data collection to complete the revaluation, a questionnaire letter was mailed to all residential home owners from PPA, including property owners where interior inspections were already completed. This request is for information pertaining to interior data of your home. PPA will be utilizing this data to appraise your home for tax assessment purposes.
